Promotional Items
Offering your audience complimentary promotional items (also known as freebies, giveaways, and swag) featuring the IDEA logo is a fun way to build awareness.
If a majority of your audience will be from your state or region, consider using university-branded promo items instead of IDEA-branded items. Research shows that university reputation is a top decision factor for prospective learners.
IDEA Promo Items Available
We maintain an inventory of branded giveaways appropriate for a variety of audiences and inexpensive to ship. We can accommodate requests for up to 50 items, though in some cases we may have less or be able to offer more.
Items we generally have in stock include:
- Pens
- Sticky notes
- Stickers
We are happy to share these items with faculty and staff on an as-needed, case-by-case basis, particularly when designated activities are meant to:
- Generate brand awareness and affinity
- Engage prospective students
- Include prospective students from many different states or regions
Request Promo Items
Please submit requests as far in advance as possible to allow adequate time for evaluation, response, and shipping - no less than two weeks.
Print Items to Give Away
We don't keep printed flyers or postcards in stock, but faculty and staff at member universities are welcome to download and use our print collateral.
