Collateral refers to any media material used to promote IDEA. It includes print materials like posters and flyers as well as digital content like catalogs and digital magazines.

• When will we have new flyers to hand out at events?

  • Updated recruitment flyers with the new brand will become available to programs following the 2024 Annual Conference on an as-requested basis.
  • Flyers created by the management team will take an alliance-first approach to branding. Faculty will be invited to provide input on the flyer’s contents related to course information and curriculum. The general content for IDEA will come from our content strategy and remain relatively static across all program flyers.

• We just bought some swag or designed banners for our program. Should we still use it?

  • We prefer that you don’t use it. It’s time to start phasing out the old and using the new!
  • More information will be available here after the Board and Cabinet discuss funding processes for replacing old stuff with new ideas. Need to move faster? Contact your program’s board liaison.
