IDEA Leadership

IDEA leadership is comprised of four areas that work together to provide student and program support in the following ways:

  • The cabinet guides alliance policy and procedures.
  • The human sciences and agricultural board of directors facilitate collaboration among members in their respective disciplines and support program maintenance and development.
  • The management team implements board initiatives and provides a centralized place for resources and support.

This Venn Diagram has four circles intersecting. The top circle is labeled Cabinet. The left circle reads Human Sciences which includes the Board of Directors and Member Universities. The bottom circle includes Alliance Operations which involves the Management Team, the Functional Teams, and tools. The right circle represents AG IDEA which includes the Board o Directors and Member Universities. All four circles intersect and represent the organization of Great Plains IDEA.
