Biography
Jamie L. O'Brien is a professor in the Department of Economics at South Dakota State University. She has worked at South Dakota State for more than 30 years. She is originally from South Dakota.
O'Brien earned a bachelor’s degree in political science/accounting from Augustana University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law. She currently teaches Legal Environment, Business Law, Agricultural Law, Labor Law, Business Finance, and Accounting Principles. She also serves as a Title IX deputy for South Dakota State.
