Biography
Mary Bowne is a professor at South Dakota State University. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in the early childhood education program and the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Leadership. SDSU is no longer accepting students into the ECEMS program.
Bowne's expertise is in the area of parenting, child development, wellness, professionalism, and curriculum. She has published and presented at various venues. She has also served on numerous organizations and committees at the local, state, and regional level, advocating for and supporting children and families in meaningful ways.
